An Empirical Analysis of CryptGenRandom in Windows XP SP3 and Its Historical Relevance to Bitcoin 0.1.5

Trace-based reconstruction of the Windows XP SP3 CryptGenRandom execution path.

Dynamic instrumentation, paired memory captures, controlled injections and offline replay are used to document a historically observable and partially bit-accurate execution path, while explicitly separating observed behavior, replayed transformations and unresolved mechanisms.
